NOTE:
You are NOT going to be making a PowerPoint about your five favourite things. Even though the instructional videos talk about doing just that, you are going to make a PowerPoint all about the topic of Internet Safety instead.

(The videos are from a Grade 6 station. However, they will still teach you how to do the things that you need to do in PowerPoint.)
In this PowerPoint presentation, you need to fully explain 8 tips for staying safe on the Internet. Pretend that you are creating this for students who are in Grade 5 or 6. Perhaps they are just beginning to have more freedom and less parental guidance when using the Internet. What are some habits they should definitely adopt? What are some things they should definitely avoid?
- Your finished PowerPoint must consist of 10 slides (a title slide, a slide for each tip, and a concluding slide).
- You must include pictures on every slide.
- You must use animations on every slide.
- You must insert transitions between each slide.
The videos below will show you how to do all of this. If you already know how to do something, then you can just go ahead and do it without watching the videos. However, if you're not sure how to do certain things, then you will need to refer to those parts of the videos.
Again, even though the videos talk about a PowerPoint featuring your five favourite things, you are going to be making your PowerPoint all about the topic of Internet Safety.
