(NOTE: You are only allowed to complete this unit if you have already completed 'Photoshop 2'.)
For this assignment, you need to complete ALL of the following three tasks. As always, you should NOT be passing in the final products by themselves; for each task, I will want to see ONE picture that contains your final image, as well as any original images that were used.
#1. Paint a design on a bus. To get started with this one, you will need to download the image on the right and then watch the video below. Note that your bus design does not have to be specifically about our school (although you can certainly make it about our school if you wish). Don't rush this one. If you can do it in a few minutes, then you're probably not doing it right. The finished product should look as realistic as possible. |

#2. Make an image look newer.
Make BOTH of the following images look newer than they currently do. Things like colour filters, the clone stamp tool, and the spot healing brush tool may come in handy here. Again, the final images that you submit should contain both the original images and the ones that look newer.

#3. Add monsters to a painting.
This one's scary. Using Google Images, you need to find a scenic painting. Then, you need to use some Photoshop tools to add TWO monsters to the painting. For one of these monsters, you may copy and paste a picture (or parts of different pictures) from the Internet. For the other monster, however, you CANNOT do this. At least one of the monsters must be entirely YOUR creation, using the various Photoshop tools! Be creative! Check out the examples below to get a better idea of what you need to do. Also, on the right, you will find six scenic paintings. Feel free to use either of them (or, of course, you can find a different one using Google). |
