READ EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU BEGIN.
Watch the video below after you read everything here. It's a bit long, but it will show you how to use PowerPoint. If you already know how to do everything, then you can just start your PowerPoint. However, if you're not sure how to do the fancy stuff, you will need to refer to those parts of the video.
Ignore the parts of the video where I mention that we talked about something in class. We didn't. :)
Also, despite what I say in the video, you will NOT be making your PowerPoint about your five favourite things.
Instead, you need to make a PowerPoint presentation about "A Middle Schooler's Guide to Using the Internet".
In this presentation, you will need to fully explain 5 tips for staying safe on the Internet.
- Your finished PowerPoint must consist of 7 slides (a title slide, a slide for each tip, and a concluding slide).
- You need to include pictures on each slide.
- Finally, you must insert transitions between each slide.
(Again, the video below will show you how to do these things.)

When you are completely finished your PowerPoint, you need to submit the file on Microsoft Teams.
Then you can let Mr. Locke know that you are ready to move on to the Minecraft part of the station. Do NOT just move on to Minecraft by yourself, as we need to make sure that you know what the expectations are for that particular part of the station. |
