(Clicking this button will open Piskel in a new tab.)
Piskel is an easy-to-use pixel art/sprite editor. This means that you can use it to create your own sprites for your Scratch games or whatever else you have in mind. Some people just enjoy creating pixel art for the fun of it. Piskel will allow you to create both still sprites and animated sprites.
Click the 'Piskel' button above to open the website. You do not have to download or install any software; everything will run in your browser. You may create your own Piskel account if you want. It's free. However, you can also just use it without creating an account and save your files to your OneDrive.
To get used to Piskel, work through the 5 videos below. It will teach you how to make an animation of a potion being consumed (like something you might see in a video game).
Once you have finished making the animation, show Mr. Locke and then feel free to create another piece of pixel art if you wish.
